A first-of-its-kind Scoring Master Class and video based player coach relationship program that assists forwards and defensemen in scoring more goals, creating an improved offensive mindset and winning more hockey games. Coach Hengen emphasizes offense in his video reviews while also covering important defensive concepts to create complete 2-way players. Puck possession is king!
How Does It Work

2 Game Video Report
Players will submit two recent hockey games to Coach Hengen for review. Hengen will cut clips from the games and create a player report card of strengths and weaknesses, as well as an initial action plan for the player.

Scoring MasterClass
Coach Hengen will certify players on how to create an improved offensive mindset by learning detailed scoring concepts & strategies. Players will visualize scoring through a new lens and fresh perspective.

CoachNow Video App
Players will be connected with Coach Hengen via the CoachNow App. CoachNow allows you to send game shifts and practice reps to Hengen for review. Coach will annotate and VoiceOver each clip, available at your fingertips.
Your Personal Video Coach
Hockey players private training regime is heavily weighted towards skating, stick-handling and fitness. However, College & Professional players are adding Personal Video Coaching to their arsenal as a powerful resource to their game. A great video coach maximizes a player's game performance, production and mindset.

Who is this for?

Coach Hengen is currently doing video work with professional players and collegiate players. However, as the Team MN Brick Invitational coach, he enjoys working with young talented players as well. This program is available to youth players, high school players, collegiate players and professional players. Additionally, Hengen has extensive experience in Boy's and Girl's hockey.

Coach Billy Hengen
Coach Hengen is passionate about offensive hockey and developing playmakers. He has experience coaching at the Brick Invitational, Heading up both Boys and Girls Varsity High School hockey programs as well as Tier 1 Boys Hockey. Hengen has experience as Division 1 Women's Assistant. He currently stands as the only Head Coach in MN to win both the Boys and Girls HS State Hockey Championships. Hengen's boys 15U & 16U teams finished ranked #1 in the USA by MyHockeyRankings.com. Additionally, many of Hengen continues to do video work for many of his former players who are currently playing in the NHL, AHL, PWHL or Collegiately.
